INSANITY Max: 30
I have a tendency to get bored with cardio machines and they have no real use for real-life training, therefore, I am one to choose and advocate for at-home plyometric cardio!

Therefore, by popular demand and request, I am reviewing INSANITY Max: 30!

I took a break from Shaun T and INSANITY for awhile to review other programs and focus on my lifting, but after doing the first workout in the Max: 30 I remember why I love his cardio programs so much!3
