Focus T25
Shaun T’s new program - Focus T25 is my most recent arrival! I am supplementing it with the Body Beast I am doing currently.

Some things I want to point out:

These workouts are not really 25 minutes. With the intro time and cool downs at the end (which you SHOULD do no matter what) they are really around 30 minutes.

It is not really 5 days a week. The 5th day is a ‘double day’ which would mean it is an hour of working out. Otherwise, you have the choice to move one of the workouts to the 6th day. The 7th day is a Stretch workout day. Therefore, it is a 6-7 day a week program.

It is intense cardio and it is going to bring your heart rate up quickly for mostly the entire time. Be careful and stay within your limits!
